1. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS

1.1 Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days from delivery.

1.2 Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all accessories.

1.3 Proof of purchase is required.

2. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

2.1 Defects or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2.2 Items are subject to inspection before refund or replacement.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable unless defective:

  • Devices with removed seals or activated accounts
